Location and Hours

Our formal mailing address is 106 Moran Commons, 1209 North Drive, Greensboro, NC 27412.

The Business Center is located on the first floor of Moran Commons next to the elevator and is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding University Holidays and University Closings.

  • Mail is received by the University on days that Spartan Mail maintains business hours. Mail that is scheduled for delivery outside of business hours (ex. Saturday, Sunday) is delivered on the next available business day. Please note that USPS retail service (e.g., shipping items) stops each business day at 3:30 PM. to ensure same-day routing of items to USPS.
  • Mail pick-up is available during our normal business hours, with a lunch break between 1:00 – 2:00 PM daily.
  • Please call 336.334.5247 (4-5247 from on-campus) to contact the carriers for questions regarding interdepartmental deliveries, large outgoing mailings and faculty/staff mail delivery.
  • The SpartanCard Center is available for card creation, fund deposits, meal plan questions, and photo submission approval only during normal business hours. We can accept meal plan and photo submissions 24/7.
