Requirements

Please bring the following items to our office to have your SpartanCard made or to pick up your SpartanCard:

  • Government Issued Photo ID
This must be a valid government issued photo identification such as a driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or passport. If you do not have government issued photo identification, the SpartanCard Center will accept your original birth certificate and social security card. Together, these two documents can take the place of a photo ID. If you have a question or are not sure if what you have will suffice, please contact our office before you arrive.
  • Proof of Registration
You must be registered for classes to obtain a SpartanCard. During SOAR we will need your SOAR badge.
  • University ID Number
Your UNCG ID Number is a 9 digit number. Faculty may obtain this number through the Provost Office and Staff will need to speak with the Human Resources Department. The SpartanCard Center will need to have this number in order to find your record. You can also find your ID number here by using your iSpartan login.
