To send mail from UNCG to an international destination, you must complete and print the following USPS Online Customs Form. Please complete this form before you visit the UNCG Post Office or attempt to send your mail.

If your mailing is not properly prepared with a customs form we are unable to accept it due to USPS regulations. In addition, we may be unable to accept your international mailing after 3:30 PM; please arrive early so staff have adequate time to process your mailing.

Please Note

You do not need a customs form for First-Class Mail International^® envelopes if they weigh less than 16 oz, are no more than 3/4″ thick, and contain only documents. All other mail will require a Customs Form before we can apply postage or accept the item for shipping.
